This is a safe way to invest in the freehold property market, you have a positive decision making input in the management and a share of the gains while, at the same time minimising the costs and work of running a home in another country. I am planning a book on this subject, its working title is "The Fractional Ownership Handbook" it will cover not only the hurdles and pitfalls and the diversity of opportunities worldwide, but also be a directory of all the listings where you can join like minded people to share and exchange homes for hundreds of other locations - even luxury cars yachts and private planes, all I have to do is finish the research and write it. Most of the information I get will be put on http://nizas.com/ so if you are thinking of Buying, selling or renting property in France this is an important subject to know about and the best site for information and advice.
