The new short edition...

Many visitors to France are interested in buying and investing in property here. It is an attractive thought, the climate is good, the region is beautiful and mankind has not been able to spoil it even after half a million years of habitation. The whole of the South of France deep in culture and history. Living, as we do, in a house over one thousand years old is not unusual here.

So I have made a property for sale site, I am selecting local properties from agents here and adding some properties which are offered to us to advertise. As with our rental properties, I try only to show properties which are good value. By not being real-estate agents ourselves, we can give you straight and objective advice. I other newsletters I have covered some points and give advice on the law etc. I will be adding all this information to the new site.

You can see the new site at....

We live in the department called Herault, after the local river, this is in the region of Languedoc. Out of all of France we took five years looking all over France to find this spot to live and, naturally, we think it is the best place in the world. As we know the local region better, most of the properties we offer are around here. However, we do plan to expand the choice of properties to other regions. We already have some rental homes from owners in Provence and we have started to select some in the West of France.

You can go to all the sites from our main site (Rentals-France with the - ) at...
